Simulcast on Sunday – George Mason University

As interest and attendance grows, we have added a second location to Sunday’s Introduction to Buddhism meeting. If you live in the Northern Virginia area, consider joining us at George Mason University in Fairfax next Sunday, September 22nd at 11 am. We will be simulcasting our Temple’s Introduction to Buddhism meeting.

At Myosenji Temple, our Chief Priest, Rev. Murata, will give a brief lecture on the Buddhist concept of Karma and the law of causality. He will then teach us how to chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo and properly use the Buddhist prayer beads, Juzu. There will then be a Q&A session. Our Assistant Priest, Rev. Hori, will be in attendance at the GMU meeting location at the Aquatic Center.

Please contact the Temple if you have any questions.
