Airing of the Scrolls Buddhist Ceremony

This week a group of Myosenji Temple members participated in the Airing of the Scrolls Ceremony at our Head Temple, Taisekiji, in Japan. Above is one of the beautiful areas on the Head Temple grounds where you can see Mt Fuji. Myosenji members are very fortunate to be in residence when hundreds of cherry trees are in full bloom making their pilgrimage to the Head Temple, Taisekiji, a very special and memorable opportunity.

Myosenji Temple also has beautiful cherry trees. Visit our Buddhist Temple this Saturday, April 12th at 2:00 pm for our next Introduction meeting, What is Buddhism?  Learn about Buddhism and how to chant – and – enjoy our cherry blossoms.
