Buddhism: The Right Way to Mindfulness

March29Intro blog

Changing your karma is the way to mindfulness.

Internal causes residing in the depths of life manifest themselves as conspicuous effects when external causes or conditions are encountered. All people possess both positive and negative karma. The practice of True Buddhism, chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo to the Gohonzon, implants tremendous good karma (fortune) in one’s life, and lessens one’s retribution for negative karma from causes made in this and previous lifetimes.*

Visit Myosenji Temple this Sunday, March 29th, to hear a lecture on Karma from our Chief Priest. The meeting begins at 2:00 pm. You will have the opportunity to ask Rev. Murata your questions about karma, mindfulness and how Buddhism can help you create a healthy and happy life for you and your family.
