A frequent question our Chief Priest receives from guests and students when they visit our Buddhist Temple is:
Is chanting the same as meditation?
This Sunday, our Chief Priest will be explaining the answer to this question and why we chant Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. If you have explored meditation, it is important that you learn why chanting is superior if you are looking to change your life and change your Karma.
