Happiness Is Not Just About You

If you forget to practice for yourself, you cannot teach others about this Buddhism.

66th High Priest Nittatsu Shonin

Buddhism teaches us to pursue our own happiness together with concern and compassion for others. Feelings of gratitude, compassion for others, and a deep sense of appreciation must be translated into our daily lives. In order to gain the great benefits of Nichiren Daishonin’s Buddhism, faith must be accompanied by practice.

Become Other-Focused – Think and Act Like a Buddhist
