Buddhism’s Core Beliefs: Human suffering, dissatisfaction, desire, enlightenment.
In this introductory session, we’ll explore Buddhism’s practical and deeply human path to understanding ourselves. Life often brings moments of subtle dissatisfaction, stress, and continuous craving, but Buddhist teachings offer a compassionate framework for why we experience these feelings and how we can work through them.
Chief Priest Rev. Sakabe will explain the roots of human suffering and desire, and discuss how the journey toward enlightenment can bring genuine clarity, peace, and balance into our daily lives.
