They are the three poisons of greed, anger and stupidity. Greed is the mind of devouring, selfishness and desire. Anger is the mind of rage, and stupidity is the mind of foolishness and egotism. Buddhism teaches us how to clear these poisons from our mind and how to help others to do the same.
